You will receive a Gift Voucher in the post within 7 days of purchasing which will be sent automatically to the Purchasers Address. (If you would like the voucher to be sent to alternative address please enter this in the 'Special Requirements' page that you will find on the final payment page).

These vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and can be redeemed againt anything that is purchased in the hotel, however please note that we will not be able to offer a refund for unused or part used vouchers.
